I had a really good experience with Avianne & Co’s customer service. Before placing my order, I had a bunch of little questions, like about sizing, timing, shipping, what to expect, and even a couple of “just making sure” questions, and they got back to me quickly.

They explained everything in a simple, normal way and didn’t make me feel rushed or annoying for asking. They also kept me updated when I asked about the timeline, like when it would be ready, when it might ship, and what the next step was, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the whole thing felt easy and not stressful at all. Good communication, helpful answers, fast replies, and no pressure. I’d definitely use them again.

For the price, I think I got what I paid for and I’m not really sure what else people would expect. The shipping was slower than I would’ve liked, but the product itself was worth the money in my opinion.

I needed to swap my chain for a different size, and it was a lot easier than I expected. Support got back to me in maybe a day or so and explained what I needed to do. The new one showed up not too long after, with no real hassle. I’m really happy with how it all worked out

I’ve been looking through Avianne & Co the designs are nice. A lot of the jewelry has that bold, modern look without feeling totally all over the place, which I liked. Some pieces are a little too flashy for me though, like not really something I’d wear every day, but I can see why people would be into them. The site itself is clean and the photos show the details well, so that part was helpful. Overall I’m giving it 4 stars because I do like the style, but I kind of wish they had a few more simple options too.

To be fair, the item itself was fine when it finally arrived, but the delivery experience wasn’t great. It showed up late, and the tracking updates were unclear. I ended up having to reach out myself, and the response didn’t really give me much useful info. For the price, I expected the delivery to feel a bit more reliable.

I ordered from avianneandco.com and my package got here way faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated without any issues too, which was nice. Maybe I just got lucky or they ship from somewhere close to me, but either way I’m not complaining. Glad it didn’t take forever, and I’d order from them again.

I mean, they seem fine overall, but I keep going back and forth on whether I fully trust them yet. Nothing horrible has happened or anything, so maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’m not completely convinced either.

The main issue was that it took longer than I was originally told, and I felt like that should’ve been acknowledged better. I’m not usually the type to double-check every little thing, but I was already running errands near my local jeweler, so I brought it in just to be safe. He looked it over and said everything matched up with the certificate. Definitely made me feel better knowing it was legit

They got back to me fast overall, which was nice, you know. They did miss one of my questions, though, so I had to kind of follow up on that, but yeah, the replies were generally quick.

I sent my chain in to get the clasp fixed and have it cleaned. I’ll admit, I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on something like this, but they did keep me updated, which helped. The price was fair, and when it came back, it looked way better than I expected. Overall, it was a simple and smooth process

I really liked the design at first, but the stone setting looked a bit sloppy in person. It felt frustrating, like I had to beg myself to be okay with it even though I was already a little resentful about the finish not matching the look I expected

The item was nice overall, but the initials looked like they were done wrong, or at least not what I was expecting. It was disappointing since the personalization was the main reason I ordered it.

I was a little cautious about ordering jewelry without seeing it in person first, but the diamond pendant turned out really nice. The stone looks super clean, has a strong sparkle, and doesn’t have that cloudy look I was worried about. The setting also feels sturdy, which made me feel better about wearing it regularly.
I also picked up a small ruby piece, and the color was better than I expected. It’s a deep red with no weird dull spots that I could notice. Overall, I’m happy with Avianne & Co and would feel comfortable buying from them again...

The warranty covered my repair without any hassle, so that was great. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping to hear back, but overall it got sorted.

The packaging actually looked really nice—clean, neat, and kind of satisfying to open. Because apparently getting a decent box now feels like a luxury.

I can’t say for sure if it was just mine or something with the setting, but the stone started feeling loose sooner than I expected. It didn’t seem super secure to me.
